Dr. Cody Sipe is a professor, researcher, global educator and award-winning fitness professional with over 30 years of experience helping older adults improve their health, fitness, and function.
Dr. Sipe started his career as a clinical exercise physiologist and is now a certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional. He believes in the power of a healthy lifestyle to prevent, halt and reverse most chronic health conditions such as Hypertension, Type 2 Diabetes, and Heart Disease.
